Consumer Credit Counseling Service

Georgia Association for Primary Health Care - Healthy Teens for a Healthy Savannah Project

Social Apostolate

  • Services Provided: For the homeless we provide showers and a soup kitchen. For struggling families we provide emergency grocery, prescription and baby needs assistance, health screening, school uniforms, eye exams and eye glasses. Through our vital documents program we help clients get Georgia IDs and/or birth certificates. Our employment support program helps clients who have a job begin by giving them work clothing, shoes and transportation assistance. We also help families who are in crisis.
