“Going to Work with a Criminal Record” is a new resource guide for workforce development practitioners to help them connect formerly incarcerated individuals to the labor market and stay on the job.
Issued by Public/Private Ventures, the guide is based on lessons learned from the Fathers at Work initiative, which was set up to help noncustodial fathers achieve increased employment and more consistent support of their children.
